Commercial Co-Working Space Visual Development
Location: London
Project Type: Commercial Interior Renovation
Client: London-based interior design studio
The design concept focused on creating a flexible co-working environment combining collaborative areas, individual workspaces and informal meeting zones.
Project Context
Anna K Studio collaborated with a London-based interior design practice on the visual development of a commercial co-working space renovation. The project involved redesigning an existing building to create a modern and functional workspace environment.
The interior design studio required clear visual material to present the concept to both their client and project stakeholders, including shareholders involved in the development. Because of the tight commercial timeline for the project, the design team also needed additional production capacity to support the visual development stage.
Scope of Work
Anna K Studio supported the project by producing a series of 3D visualisations and digital sketches illustrating multiple areas of the co-working space.
The visual material focused on communicating the spatial layout, interior atmosphere and key design elements of the proposed workspace.
Our work included:
• 3D visualisations for multiple areas within the co-working space
• Digital sketches used during early design development
• Express turnaround visuals for fast decision-making during the project
Collaboration Process
The interior design studio approached Anna K Studio during an active development phase of the project when visual material was needed quickly for stakeholder presentations.
Due to the commercial nature of the project and the planned opening schedule, the timeline was tight. Visualisations were typically delivered within three days per space, with several instances requiring express turnaround production to support rapid design discussions and decision-making.
Working closely with the design team, the visual material helped communicate the concept of the new workspace environment clearly and efficiently.
Outcome
The visualisations and sketches were used extensively in:
• Client presentations
• Shareholder presentations
• Design development discussions
The visual material helped the design team present the proposed concept clearly and move the project forward during the planning and development phases.
