Luxury Coastal Villa — Interior & Exterior Visualisation
Location: Ibiza, Spain
Project Type: Luxury Residential New Build
Client: UK-based interior design and development studio
Exterior visualisation illustrating the villa’s coastal setting and surrounding landscape inspired by the natural vegetation of Ibiza.
Project Context

Anna K Studio collaborated with a UK-based design and development studio working on the creation of a luxury coastal villa in Ibiza.

The project involved visualising both the architectural form of the villa and its interior spaces while the development was still under construction. The client required high-quality visual material to communicate the concept of the property to potential buyers and investors.
Because the building was still being developed, the visualisations played an important role in presenting the future appearance and atmosphere of the villa before completion.

Scope of Work

Anna K Studio produced a series of interior and exterior visualisations illustrating the architectural design, interior spaces and surrounding landscape of the property.
Our work included:
• Exterior architectural visualisations of the villa
• Interior visualisations for key living spaces
• Environmental modelling of the surrounding landscape
• Contextual views highlighting the coastal location and sea views
Landscape Visualisation Approach

At the time of the visualisation work, a landscape designer had not yet been appointed for the project. As a result, the surrounding environment needed to be developed conceptually during the visualisation process.

Our team carefully considered the local environment of Ibiza when designing the landscape elements within the visuals. Plants, trees and greenery were selected to reflect vegetation typical for the region, ensuring that the visualisations felt authentic to the location.
This approach allowed the development team to present a realistic vision of the finished property, while also providing a useful reference point for the landscape designer who would later refine the outdoor design.

Collaboration Process

The visualisation work progressed alongside the construction timeline. As the architectural design and interior details evolved, additional visual material was produced to reflect the latest stages of the project.
Because the development was moving quickly, the visualisations helped the design team communicate the concept clearly while construction was still underway.
Outcome

The final visualisations were used as part of the project's sales and marketing materials, including:
• property brochures
• presentations for potential buyers
• promotional material illustrating the future villa
By presenting both the architecture of the building and the surrounding landscape, the visuals helped potential buyers understand not only the design of the property but also its unique coastal setting.
